Why Should I Buy From You?
Good question. After all, I'm not Barnes & Noble. However I have been selling books online since 2001 through eBay, Amazon, and some smaller sites. In that time I've amassed 3,400 positive feedbacks on eBay, and a 100% satisfaction rating on Amazon. You can check either of these if you'd like. My selling name on eBay is Bionicear and on Amazon is Bioear. If you have any problems finding me over there let me know and I'll give you a hand.

Do You Ship Outside the United States?
Yes I do. I have been shipping internationally since we started business in 2001 and have customers in the UK, France, Italy, Russia, Greece, South Africa, and many more.
Most books ship via First Class Mail International (what the US Post Office used to call air mail). If the book will fit into a Flat Rate Envelope I will ship it that way, however please be aware that these envelopes offer very little protection for the book. For that reason I prefer to ship in a new cardboard box. It may cost a little more but it offers much more protection for your purchase.

How Do You Package Your Books for Shipment?
Most books are shipped in new cardboard shipping boxes bought expressly for this purpose. Boxed books are first heat sealed in a 4 mil plastic envelope to protect them from moisture and then packed in a box with sufficient padding to keep the book from rattling about inside. Thinner paperback books are sometimes wrapped in acid-free paper along with a cardboard stiffener and then the whole package is heat-sealed in the plastic bag. Books sent in this manner are charged less of a shipping fee.

Your Store is Called Quad J Books Yet Your Logo Says Triple J Books. What Gives?
My original business name was Triple J Books and I sell under that name on eBay. When I decided to open my store on eCrater I felt a new name would be in order so listings in the search engines could differentiate between the two stores. But I also didn't want to lose the link to my other store where I have many satisfied customers. Thus, the confusion.
I feel that the way eBay is going I may eventually decide to leave them and turn my eCrater store into my major selling venue. At that time I would probably revert back to Triple J Books.
By the way, in case you're interested, Triple J stands for me (Jim), my wife (Joyce), and my daughter (Jennifer). My daughter is marrying a wonderful young man from London named James thus we have Quad J Books.
